Kumamoto is offering the "Kumamoto Fukkou Support Discount," which offers up to 60% off accommodation fees to restore tourism demand following the Kumamoto earthquake.
Our hotel will also begin accepting reservations for accommodation plans eligible for this program.
When making a reservation, please review the following information.

Sales start date for eligible products: Saturday, October 3, 2026
Sales will close once the subsidy allocated to our hotel has been exhausted.
[Applicable stay period]
Valid for stays until Friday, December 25, 2026 (check-out on Saturday, December 26, 2026)

● Kumamoto Recovery Support Discount Plan (Web reservations only)
The reservation fee shown is the amount before any subsidies are applied.
On the day of check-in, you will be required to fill out the necessary information on the designated usage form.
After confirming the number of users using the usage certificate, we will deduct the predetermined subsidy amount from the reservation fee.
Identification of all applicants for the subsidy is required, so please present one of the following documents.
Certificates issued by the national or public government, such as My Number Card, driver's license, or passport.
■ About Reservations Eligible for Subsidy
The subsidy for the "Kumamoto Fukkou Support Discount" applies to new reservations made after the sales start date of the eligible product and after the subsidy grant decision date.
Existing reservations made before sales start are not eligible for subsidies.
■ About the Subsidy Amount
The subsidy amount will be the lower of the following:
When using points, subsidy vouchers, etc., the amount after deduction will be used as the baseline, and fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down.
・60% of the total accommodation fee
・Accommodation contract, maximum 20,000 yen per person
■ Number of Stays and Number of Guests
There is no upper limit to the number of stays eligible for the subsidy.
From check-in to check-out, we will treat it as a single accommodation contract.
Children and infants are counted as one person in the headcount.
■ Expenses and purposes not eligible for subsidy
The following costs and purposes are not eligible for subsidies.
・Kumamoto City Accommodation Tax
・Accommodation for business purposes or publicly funded business trips
・We do not accept receipts issued under company or corporate names.
