In order to maintain the aesthetics of the building and maintain it due to aging, we will carry out exterior wall renovation work on the following schedule.
During the period, there may be parts that may damage the appearance due to the installation of scaffolding and shatterproof nets, but the hotel entrance and facilities will be open as usual.
We appreciate your understanding as a preparation period to welcome our customers in a better state.

The exterior walls up to the second floor of the building (the gray painted section) and the area around the terrace in front of the restaurant.
- ■ Impact on customers and warnings

Regarding the view: The installation of scaffolding and debris-prevention nets will obstruct the view from the exterior and from the first and second floors (restaurant, etc.).
Regarding noise and odors during the painting process (from May 7th): A characteristic odor of the paint may be present.
Regarding the restaurant terrace: Scaffolding will be erected on the terrace area. Please be aware of this in advance.

To maintain the appearance of our building and perform essential maintenance, we will be conducting exterior renovation work during the period listed below.
While scaffolding and safety netting may affect the exterior view in certain areas, the hotel entrance and all indoor facilities will remain open and operate as usual.

Views: Scaffolding and safety netting will be installed, which will obstruct the exterior view and the view from the 1st and 2nd floors (including the restaurant).
Noise & Odor: During the painting phase (starting May 7), there may be some noise and a noticeable odor typical of paint.
Restaurant Terrace: Scaffolding will also be set up on the terrace area. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Note: The hotel entrance will remain accessible at all times.
