◆Strawberry Catalana finished right in front of you

The star of our dessert selection is "Strawberry Catalana."
Our staff will torch the surface with a burner right at your table, caramelizing it to a fragrant finish. This star dessert offers a delightful live experience, with the crispy texture of the caramel, the cool and rich Catalan cream, and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries all coming together.

◆Cold pasta with "Seaside Tomatoes," high-sugar content tomatoes from Kashima Town, Matsue

This product uses "Seaside Tomatoes," a high-sugar content tomato grown in Kashima-cho, Matsue City, which faces the Sea of Japan.
These tomatoes, grown by San-chan Farm using the IMEC farming method, are characterized by their rich flavor with an excellent balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami.
We've combined the delicious flavor of clams to create a refreshing cold pasta dish perfect for spring and early summer.

◆Japanese savory dishes prepared by the head chef

To add a touch of Japanese flavor to your afternoon tea, we have also prepared a menu item created by the hotel's head chef.
This set menu allows you to enjoy small portions of dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients, such as beef yawata rolls, bamboo shoot shinjo with kinome dengaku, and lily bulb egg yolk sushi wrapped in a cloth.
The refined flavors, crafted using traditional Japanese culinary techniques, add depth to your tea time.

◆Seasonal wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) from a long-established Japanese confectionery shop

In Matsue, where the culture of the tea ceremony thrives, Japanese sweets are an indispensable part of tea ceremonies.
