We simply serve Shimane-produced Wagyu tenderloin, characterized by its fine texture and refined umami, served simply as a steak.
Fragrant Okuizumo maitake fritters and a sauce made with Shimane red wine enhance the flavor.

We offer domestically sourced eel, grilled to perfection, in a unaju (eel rice bowl) dish.
