A taste of Hokkaido breakfast

With the theme of "Modern Grill that connects with Hokkaido", the morning buffet welcomes you with a menu that incorporates local ingredients. You can enjoy a wide variety of breakfasts, such as the Japan Heritage-certified "Tantetsu Minato Meshi" where you can experience history and culture while eating, and the soft serve ice cream corner where you can make your own morning parfait with your favorite toppings. The rice bowl made by the chef topped with freshly made ingredients on top of Hokkaido rice and the smoothie that allows you to eat vegetables and fruits deliciously and easily are also very popular!

Hokkaido Shinya Momono, a farmer athlete in Naganuma Town, has developed soy protein using soybeans produced in Hokkaido. Mr. Momono, who started drinking protein to compete in the snowboard cross competition, said, "I want to drink protein made from Hokkaido soybeans," and made it with soybeans he grew himself. Please enjoy a mild and satisfying drink.
