Therefore, to ensure our customers can use our services with peace of mind and to prevent troubles caused by unauthorized resale, we have established the following response policy. We kindly ask for your consideration.

Regardless of the reason, accommodation invitation tickets and various other vouchers obtained through resale (online auctions, flea market apps, gift certificate shops, etc.) are invalid.

If you present tickets purchased from secondary marketplaces or other sources (and confirmed to have been resold), we reserve the right to refuse your accommodation and use of our facilities on the day of your stay. We will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation in such cases.

Accommodation vouchers and similar offers are valid only for the person who received them (or someone authorized in advance), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the campaign. To avoid any problems, please do not purchase them from resale sites or similar sources.
