TOKYU HOTELS This year, we will support the "Support Consumption Project for Noto and Ishikawa".
We will hold the second restaurant fair at 35 hotels nationwide that incorporate ingredients from Ishikawa, including the Noto region.
Please enjoy dishes that pay tribute to the producers who take advantage of the blessings of satoyama and satoumi to nurture ingredients.
