平素より松江エクセルホテル東急をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、当ホテルでは、建物の美観維持と経年劣化に伴うメンテナンスのため、下記日程にて外壁の改修工事を実施いたします。
期間中は足場の設置や飛散防止ネットにより、外観を損ねる箇所がございますが、ホテルエントランスおよび館内施設は通常通り営業しております。
お客様をより良い状態でお迎えするための準備期間として、何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

景観について： 足場および飛散防止ネットの設置により、外観および1階・2階（レストラン等）からの眺望が遮られます。
作業音・臭いについて： 塗装工程（5/7〜）において、塗料特有の臭いが発生する場合がございます。
レストランテラスについて：テラス部分にも足場を設置いたします。あらかじめご了承ください。
※ホテルエントランスは通常通りご通行いただけます。

[Important] Notice of Exterior Renovation Work (April 20 – June 30)
Thank you for your continued patronage of Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu.
To maintain the appearance of our building and perform essential maintenance, we will be conducting exterior renovation work during the period listed below.
While scaffolding and safety netting may affect the exterior view in certain areas, the hotel entrance and all indoor facilities will remain open and operate as usual.
We appreciate your kind understanding as we undergo these improvements to better serve our guests.

- Areas Affected

Exterior walls up to the 2nd floor (gray painted sections) and the terrace area in front of the restaurant.
- Impact on Guests

Views: Scaffolding and safety netting will be installed, which will obstruct the exterior view and the view from the 1st and 2nd floors (including the restaurant).
Noise & Odor: During the painting phase (starting May 7), there may be some noise and a noticeable odor typical of paint.
Restaurant Terrace: Scaffolding will also be set up on the terrace area. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Note: The hotel entrance will remain accessible at all times.
