TORIKO Original Bokkake

Bokkake is a sweet and spicy stew of beef tendon and konjac. The word "bokkake" is derived from "bukkake," and is a Kobe gourmet dish that was created as a dish that can be eaten quickly even when you're busy. At TORIKO, we add root vegetables from Hyogo to make it a very satisfying dish.

Soba rice

Originating from Nagata Ward, Kobe City. This is a Kobe B-class gourmet dish of finely chopped fried noodles and rice fried in sauce. The aroma of the sauce will whet your appetite.
*Available daily in combination with seafood pilaf.

Toast sandwich

Using bread from Isuzu Bakery, which has its main store in Sannomiya, Kobe!
We have prepared a toasted sandwich that combines omelette made with eggs, bacon, and cheese made with Hyogo bread that is the first baker certified as a "Kobe Meister" in the bread department from Kobe City.

Simmered tofu

Made with tofu prepared using the famous water from the foot of Mt. Rokko!
Handmade fresh tofu with a rich, flavorful texture created by the waters of Rokko. Enjoy the smooth, smooth boiled tofu that lets you experience the deliciousness of tofu in a simple way.
*This dish is served daily in conjunction with mapo tofu, which uses the same tofu.

Homemade pudding

Made with eggs and milk from Hyogo Hyogo!
This chef's special pudding is made with eggs and milk, with a well-balanced natural sweetness and rich flavor. Enjoy the smooth texture and flavorful after-meal dessert.

This lightly sweet French toast is made with a baguette from the popular local Isuzu Bakery and eggs and milk from Hyogo Hyogo Enjoy with honey or jam to your liking.
