Seafood brochette
Avocado and pine nut ethnic sauce
Rockfish coated in semolina flour and deep-fried until fragrant, squid, scallops, shrimp, and shishito peppers are simply sautéed to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients and prepared as brochettes.
It is served with an ethnic-style sauce made with roasted pine nuts and avocado as a base, combined with soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, and chili peppers.

We paired simply grilled pork with a balsamic sauce that boasts a rich aroma and pleasant acidity.
