The Ingredient Exploration Event is a special event where we use a variety of techniques, including traditional Chinese cooking methods that date back 4,000 years, to serve ingredients unique to the region, seasonal ingredients that come with the changing of the seasons, and a variety of ingredients grown with the bounty of the mountains and seas. We will deliver masterpieces that will make you exclaim, "I didn't know there was a dish like this!" This is a one-night-only tasting event where you can experience the essence of Chinese cuisine, bringing out the original flavor of the ingredients to the fullest. We hope you will join us at the table to experience this exciting moment.
This delicious food exploration event will be performed by a master and disciple duo, Toshiki Wakiya, who is a leader in the Chinese cuisine world in Japan with his sophisticated dishes centered around Shanghai cuisine, and Miyabi Yamada, who was the head chef of "Turandot" and is currently working as a chef at Star Hill. We highly recommend that anyone with an interest in food participate. The menu will be carefully selected from the finest ingredients, so it will be a surprise for you to enjoy on the day.
