Hironori Tamenyama
Hironori TAMOYAMA
He joined Queen Alice in 1995. After working at the Queen Alice Ginza branch and Queen Alice Guest House, he became the chef of Queen Alice Ginza branch at the age of 27 after being inspired by the staff meal he had made for Chef Ishinabe. He then served as the chef of Queen Alice Harumi branch. In September 2017, he trained at the three Queen Alice THE YOKOHAMA BAY HOTEL TOKYU.
In April 2024, he became head chef KYOTO TOKYU HOTEL.
