かぼちゃクリームをサンドした「《魔女の好物》マカロン」や、甘酸っぱいブルーベリークリームをのせた「《コウモリの住む町》ベリータルト」など、ハロウィンを象徴するモチーフを取り入れたスイーツが並びます。「《ハロウィン村のパンプキン火山》カヌレ」は、別添えの注射器に入ったラズベリーソースをかけると、まるでパンプキン火山が噴火するような仕掛けを楽しめる一品。さらに、なめらかなショコラムースをつややかなチョコレートでコーティングした、ダブルチョコレート仕立ての「《黒猫の影》ショコラムース」は、黒猫が残した影のような佇まいが愛らしい一品です。

The "Ghost's Prank: Pumpkin Black Maritozzo," a unique dish resembling a laughing ghost with its mouth wide open, features a generous amount of pumpkin cream sandwiched between soft black bread made with bamboo charcoal. Other Halloween-themed savory items include the "Vampire's Drink: Spicy Beet and Prosciutto Soup," a slightly spicy soup based on the rich flavors of slowly simmered beets and beans, and the "Ghost BBQ: Marinated Salmon and Persimmon with Blue Cheese," which features salmon marinated with sweet persimmons, a taste of autumn.

《Trick or Treat》Two types of scones (Dream Silk (sweet potato) and black sesame / Cinnamon and Earl Grey tea) served with clotted cream / Dream Silk (sweet potato) caramel sticks

The small plate, which seems to evoke the voices of ghosts calling "Trick or Treat!", offers two types of scones: one made with Osaka-grown "Yume Silk" sweet potatoes and black sesame, and the other with cinnamon and black tea. A caramel stick, highlighting the gentle sweetness of "Yume Silk," is also included, making this a Halloween-themed dish that celebrates the flavors of autumn.

This Mont Blanc parfait features the smooth sweetness of Osaka-grown "Yume Silk" sweet potatoes and the rich flavor of vibrant purple sweet potatoes. Hidden inside is a rich black sesame ice cream, layering the gentle sweetness of the sweet potato with the bitter and fragrant flavor of black sesame. Each bite offers a different taste, making this a truly profound treat.
