Hōsui Winery

Hokkaido, A winery located in Hosui Town, Iwamizawa City, central Hokkaido. It began its journey in 2002 with a local grape promotion project and has developed as a presence that expands new possibilities for local agriculture. While facing the nature unique to heavy snowfall areas, we value careful cultivation and brewing by hand, and are working on winemaking rooted in the land. In 2013, it was selected as the main filming location for the movie "Grape no Namida".

 

Wataru Saito

Karamatsu Japanese cuisine SAPPORO EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU.
He prepares prestigious Japanese cuisine at renowned hotels such as SHIBUYA EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU and Narita EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU.
In recent years, he has been researching the pairing of Japanese cuisine and Japanese wine.
