A soft hamburger steak made from 100% Hokkaido-produced "Yume no Daichi" pork
You can eat it as is, or you can make a hamburger by putting tomatoes, cheese, etc. between the buns.

Mini seafood glass with sea urchin sauce

Beautifully colored seafood ingredients (trout roe, salmon, sweet shrimp, etc.) in one glass.
You can eat it as it is, or pour it over rice to make a seafood rice bowl. You can also add a "sea urchin sauce" made with Hokkaido sea urchin to change the flavor. It goes well with sparkling wine!
