A premium dinner has been realized with "Sansenzakura Sake Brewery," known for relocating its entire brewery in 2020, drawn to the pure natural water of Higashikawa Town!
The sake from "Sansenzakura" and the modern French course from "Splish" will bring out the best in each other, creating a truly special moment.
During the meal, Koji Yamada, the master brewer of the brewery, will take the stage to explain each brand and share his passion for sake brewing.

A special talk session by master brewer Koji Yamada will also be held.
Between courses, Koji Yamada, the 6th generation president and master brewer of Sanzenzakura Sake Brewery, will take the stage. He will provide a clear explanation of the four brands of sake being served, including the characteristics of each rice variety and behind-the-scenes stories about the brewing process. He will also share his passion for sake brewing and his new challenges in Higashikawa Town. Enjoy a special experience that engages all your senses, not just tasting the sake, but also savoring it along with the passion of the brewer.
