A bientôt restaurant ・ Shunsai will close its business as of July 31, 2026.
We sincerely thank everyone who has supported us over the past 26 years.
After a complete renovation of the 25th floor, the restaurant is scheduled to reopen this fall as a new bistro and sushi kappo.

A lively casual dining place that combines the security of a classic bistro with the lightness characteristic of Shibuya today.
As the name "A bientôt" = "Come again," we aim to be a restaurant you'll want to visit again and again.

In autumn 2026, Shunsai will be reborn as a new sushi kappo.

Beyond Bistro A bientôt is a sushi kaisho, with a special counter seat limited to 8 seats, almost like a hidden retreat.
At the scenic counter overlooking Shibuya and overlooking Shinjuku, you can enjoy a trendy Japanese cultural experience.

* Detailed information about each facility after the 25th floor renovation will be announced gradually in the future. Detailed information and reservations for 'Bistro A bientôt' and 'Sushi Shunsai' will be released in mid-September 2026, and a press release will be released in October for details on the newly established 'Lounge for Guests'.
