This month marks the last time we will offer a variety of Japanese dishes, carefully prepared by artisans using seasonal ingredients, in their current style.
To express our gratitude for 26 years and wish for a reunion in November, we have prepared Farewell Kaiseki for lunch and dinner to express our gratitude.
This is a special kaiseki held only in July 2026, before the end of business.

The 'Shunsai Kaiseki' features seasonal flavors like summer conger and conger eel.
Kaiseki cuisine is carefully crafted with delicate techniques to bring seasonal blessings, and the night view of Shibuya from the 25th floor. We will deliver the flavors of Shunsai spent with loved ones and family moments together, delivered in a final kaiseki filled with gratitude.

* Detailed information about each facility after the 25th floor renovation will be announced gradually in the future. Detailed information and reservations for 'Bistro A bientôt' and 'Sushi Shunsai' will be released in mid-September 2026, and a press release will be released in October for details on the newly established 'Lounge for Guests'.
