This item is based on a Christmas wreath motif and was created with the hope that the bond between you and your loved ones will continue. The three types of berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) with an exquisite balance of sweet and sour are beautifully harmonized with the smooth, rich fresh cream and fine sponge cake. The center is adorned with white chocolate reminiscent of snowflakes. Pistachios lined up at the bottom add a texture accent. Chestnut Chocolat de Noel
"History" piled up like the rings of a tree stump
The delicate lines of the Japanese chestnut cream create a striking finish to the rounded silhouette. The top layer of the two-tiered cake is a chestnut mousse with a hint of rum brûlée hidden inside, topped with a caramel glace for a sophisticated taste. The bottom layer is made of a moistly baked rice flour base, layered with cream, chestnuts in their skins, and marron glacé, and coated with chocolate rolled up to resemble tree rings.
