渋谷駅直結の複合施設「渋谷マークシティ」イースト棟に位置する渋谷エクセルホテル東急。今年の夏は、同施設の公式キャラクター“Mark”と“City”をモチーフにした夏氷をご用意しました。キャラクターの緑と白のカラーイメージと抹茶の親和性に着目し、緑豊かな「抹茶山」に見立てて表現しました。抹茶のほろ苦さを引き立てる、練乳の甘みを加えた生クリームを添え、トップには栗の甘露煮をあしらっています。氷のなかには黒豆きなこアイスとあんこを合わせ、もちもちとした求肥の食感をアクセントに仕上げました。いつの間にか渋谷マークシティに住み着いた仲良し子犬の２匹とともに、渋谷の夏時間をお楽しみください。
