With the theme "Even vegetables can be the stars?!", we have prepared an afternoon tea that is fun to look at and to eat, featuring colorful vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers arranged in a pop style. The sweets and savory dishes bring out the new charm of vegetables by making the most of their individual colors, textures, and flavors, and are playfully finished so that you'll want to take pictures. Enjoy this limited-time afternoon tea that you can only taste here, along with a menu sprinkled with the essence of Shibuya.

Petit fours that look like vegetables
Enjoy the light and airy texture of "Carrot Guimauve," with its refreshing citrus flavor and gentle carrot sweetness. Chervil is sugar-coated to resemble carrot leaves. Also available is "Edamame Tuile," a light and crispy tuile with the addictive aroma and texture of edamame beans. Furthermore, we offer "Petit Tomato Mousse," a tomato jelly that looks just like a real cherry tomato, enclosing tomato mousse and basil paste; "Okra Cookies," which offer the flavor of okra and the aroma of matcha in a moist and crumbly texture; and "Corn Mousse," a bavarois-like texture that spreads the natural sweetness of corn. In addition, there is "Paprika Sugar Donut," a brightly colored paprika coated in a slightly sweet dough. We have created fun and visually appealing petit fours by giving vegetables a pop of color. We aimed to create a flavor that even those who don't like vegetables can enjoy and try, incorporating fruity flavors and savory notes.

For one month only, our salad bar will feature toppings such as multi-grain rice, avocado, and nuts. You can create your own original Buddha bowl by freely combining these with the colorful salad bar menu. In addition, our main dish selection includes the "Grilled Vegetable Burger," packed with the delicious flavors of chunky vegetables, and cold pasta with ratatouille and prosciutto.
