Breakfast is one of the highlights of a hotel stay.
Our breakfast menu will be renewed starting April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday).
We have further enhanced our existing "Japanese and Western-style breakfast buffet," using plenty of white shrimp, which is hailed as the "jewel of Toyama Bay."
The menu includes "white shrimp ramen," and "seafood hot pot" which uses plenty of sake lees made from Toyama's famous sake as a base for kelp broth and miso.
We offer a menu full of originality, featuring an abundance of ingredients from Toyama.
Enjoy a moment that satisfies both your stomach and your soul while taking in the view from the top floor of the hotel, 60 meters above ground.

White shrimp ramen
Chef Higashi has created an original salt ramen using his French culinary skills.
The soup, made with a consommé base of chicken bones and vegetables, uses plenty of Toyama's proud specialty product, "white shrimp," totaling over 100 of them.
By slowly roasting the entire shell, we bring out a rich aroma and flavor.
The diverse range of toppings, including seared Kurobe Meisui pork, deep-fried white shrimp, and red rolled fish cake, is also a major draw.
Susutake bamboo shoots (bamboo shoots with a gentle sweetness and light texture), as well as grated kelp that melts into the soup, and pickled plums, all pair well with this ramen. Create and enjoy your own unique "morning ramen."
Toyama A miso-made pot made with plenty of ingredients.
The flavors of seafood, vegetables, and sake lees blend together to create a rich and deep flavor.
It uses butter as a secret ingredient, and when you take a bite, the rich and mellow broth permeates your body.
We also have a wide variety of ingredients unique to Toyama, such as fried surimiage and red rolled fish cakes, and will be delivered in accordance with the season.
