Robata Grill L’EAU recommendation

Amagi Shamo

 

It is a concentrated version of the blessings of Amagi, which is sometimes harsh due to its refinement.
It is juicy, has just the right amount of elasticity, and is characterized by its strong flavor, including the skin.
They are fed by-products of Amagi's specialty wasabi leaves and soy milk from a nearby tofu shop, which gives them a unique flavor.
The breast meat is moist and tender, while the thigh meat is cooked over high heat for a fragrant finish.

Shizuoka brand pork. A new breed jointly developed by livestock farmers in Mishima and Kannami.
After weaning, the calves are raised on whole milk powder from Tannan for 20 days, and are characterized by their fine meat texture and sweet fat.

Hakone West Foothills Mishima Vegetables

 

These vegetables are grown in fields that spread across the slopes of hills over 50m above sea level in the western foothills of Hakone, Mishima City, Shizuoka.
Please enjoy our carefully selected vegetables, which are grown in a warm climate all year round, on fields that make use of the slopes of Mt. Hakone, and in soil that is ideal for growing vegetables using meltwater from Mt. Fuji.
