An exquisite marriage of the supreme Japanese sake "Dassai" and teppanyaki.

This special evening will feature a sake set prepared in collaboration with Dassai, paired with a full-course teppanyaki meal designed to perfectly pair with the sake. We will be joined by the brand director who spearheaded the launch of NY Kura, providing a special experience of experiencing the true charm of the brand.

Naoya Matsufuji (Executive Officer and Brand Director, Dassai Co., Ltd.)

After mastering the art of sake as the first factory manager at Dassai's headquarters brewery, he moved to the United States in 2023. As the head brewer at the New York brewery, he led "DASSAI BLUE" to success and is the person with the deepest knowledge of Dassai's "skill" and "spirit." In this interview, as brand director, he will talk in detail about his memories of his challenges in New York and the appeal of fine sake that complements teppanyaki.


The displayed price includes a 13% service charge and 10% consumption tax.
