Enjoy grilled steaks made with four different types of beef, including "Naniwa Kuroushi" beef from Osaka, which is known for its tender meat and light fat.

The sauces are a Japanese-style steak sauce based on Osaka's famous "Shinsei Soy Sauce" with grated onion and apple, and a Western-style Lyonnaise sauce made with fragrant, caramelized onions, white wine, wine vinegar, and fond de veau.
