Toyama is blessed with a variety of resources, including rich nature, culture, and history.
We will be focusing on the ingredients of Toyama and hosting a special one-night-only dinner using ingredients that are in season at that time and in that area.

The theme for the fourth edition continues from last year, focusing on Toyama Nanto City.
Nanto City, located inland in Toyama, offers the unique seasonal scenery unique to a mountain village and the abundant ingredients nurtured by its local climate.
At last year's dinner event, many guests praised us for rediscovering the charm of Nanto City's land.
In response, this year we will deepen the content and hold this event as a multifaceted experience of Nanto City's attractions.
