You can choose your favorite main from the following three types.

Salmon saikyo-yaki

Saikyo-yaki fish marinated in homemade miso. Enjoy the glossy grilled fish and the elegant aroma of miso.

Rolled egg with dashi broth

A classic Japanese breakfast dish, rolled omelet in dashi broth. Delivered fresh, it is cooked in flavorful, umami-packed broth.

Large-grain natto, boiled tofu

Large-grain natto, grown in abundance in the soil of Hokkaido, brings out the natural flavor of soybeans. It is plump and satisfying, and goes well with rice.
