Deep-fried zucchini flowers stuffed with shrimp paste, seasoned with sansho pepper salt.

Grilled spring cabbage and pork loin on a ceramic plate with ginger flavor

Rice cooked with sakura shrimp and bamboo shoots, red miso soup, and pickles.
