The peak season for lobster is generally considered to be from April to June, and we will be offering a variety of dishes featuring this luxurious delicacy, coinciding with the time when the meat is firm and its rich sweetness is at its best. This special fair will allow you to fully enjoy the deliciousness unique to the season, and we will deliver a luxurious culinary experience that will make you feel the arrival of early summer.
We offer a wide variety of dishes featuring lobster, known for its firm texture and rich sweetness, prepared using techniques unique to Chinese cuisine. From refreshing cold appetizers to deeply flavorful stir-fries, aromatic steamed dishes, and even lobster pies and noodle dishes, we have something for everyone.
