Sakura Honoka
This cocktail, which combines Osaka's local sake "Kata no Sakura" with cherry blossom liqueur and red wine, harmonizes Japanese and Western styles and lets you feel the arrival of spring. The gentle sweet and sour taste of strawberries and the cherry blossom color will make you giddy.

French toast made with bread from Sankeiya, a bread specialty store in Nishi-ku, Osaka City, can be enjoyed with Maple syrup if desired.

We have two types of scones available: a cherry blossom-scented scone and a strawberry and chocolate scone. Enjoy them with clotted cream and Beni Hoppe jam.

This luxurious parfait, perfect for spring, is made with plenty of "Beni Hoppe" strawberries from Osaka, which are so sweet and sour your cheeks will fall off, and is layered with strawberry cheesecake, cherry blossom jelly, and cherry blossom ice cream.
