Shimoda Park offers panoramic views of Shimoda city and Shimoda Port. The approximately 3 million hydrangea blossoms that fill its vast grounds will overwhelm visitors!
There are many varieties of hydrangeas, and you can see over 100 varieties with names such as "Oakleaf Hydrangea," "Whispering Hydrangea," and "Annabelle" within the park. The large, blooming flowers that line the walking paths throughout the park will shine brilliantly during the rainy season, bringing a moment of tranquility.
