TOKYU HOTELS cheers deliciously!
This year, TOKYU HOTELS will hold the second restaurant fair at 35 hotels nationwide that incorporate ingredients from Ishikawa, including the Noto region, in support of the "Support Consumption Demand Profece for Noto and Ishikawa". Please enjoy dishes that pay tribute to the producers who take advantage of the blessings of satoyama and satoumi to nurture ingredients.
SHIMODA TOKYU HOTEL will be serving Jibuni, a dish made with sawara from Ishikawa, at its breakfast buffet.
