T-SITE is a "lifestyle-oriented commercial facility" that offers suggestions for enriching your life, focusing on cultural content such as books, movies, and music.
During the development stage of Daikanyama T-SITE, we asked people who live and work in Daikanyama to fill out a survey asking them "What kind of facilities would you like to have?" The top answer was a cafe, followed by a bookstore, and so on. We ended up gathering together almost everything that the locals wanted, creating a little town. The lush, green site of 13,000 sq. meters is dotted with Daikanyama T-Site Bookstore, restaurants, a camera shop, an electric-assist bicycle specialty store, a pet service store, a toy store, and more, all connected by pleasant walking paths.
