Tower's Bar Bellovisto will hold a special fair for one month from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 ~ Friday, July 31, 2026, where you can fully enjoy the charm of Nikka Whisky. The tasting set includes the 2026 limited bottle "Taketsuru Pure Malt Essentials 2026," original cocktails, a dinner course with free-flow, a one-night-only special event featuring a senior blender and whisky ambassador from Nikka Whisky Co., Ltd., and more, Hokkaido ・We offer a variety of programs, including special sessions featuring guest bartenders from popular bars in Yoichi.

"Yozora" (Night Sky) by Masato Ishioka

Born as the grandson of a fisherman in Hokkaido, he has had a deep connection with food since childhood. After studying at a confectionery school in Sapporo, he pursued the path of a pastry chef. Worked at the chocolate shop 'Origine Cacao' in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, and several patisserie shops in Tokyo. In 2015, he joined the Bulgari Tokyo/Osaka Restaurant as a chocolatier and gained experience at the company's chocolate specialty shop, Bulgari Il Chocolato. Having admired bartenders since childhood, he transferred to 'Bulgari Ginza Bar' and began his career as a bartender. In 2021, he won the Campari division at the "CT SPIRITS JAPAN Cocktail Challenge 2021." In 2024, he won the "DIAGEO WORLD CLASS Japan Final."

ニッカウヰスキーは、日本を代表するウィスキーメーカーの一つです。本場スコットランドでその製造技術を学んだ竹鶴政孝が、1934年北海道の余市町に設立しました。余市蒸溜所は、現在では世界唯一の石炭直火蒸溜を残した蒸溜所であり、創業当時から今も変わらぬ製法で香り高くコクのあるウィスキーを作り出しています。「日本で本物のウィスキーを作りたい」と、生涯をウィスキーづくりに捧げた竹鶴政孝。彼の夢と情熱を継ぎ、熟練の職人たちの手により生み出された高品質なウィスキーは世界中で高い評価を受けており、権威あるコンペティションで多くの最高賞を獲得しています。

The displayed price includes a 15% service charge and 10% consumption tax.

Reservations are accepted until 7:00 p.m. Please note that we do not accept reservations for seats only on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Reservations for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are accepted only when using the Afternoon Tea and Excellent Plan.

After 18:00, customers under the age of 20 are not allowed to enter the store. Even if accompanied by a parent or guardian, they are not allowed to enter the store.

After 19:00, a table charge of 2,000 yen per person will be charged to customers using the restaurant. *Counter seats are excluded.

Table charges will be waived for guests staying at our hotel, with the exception of some special seats.

Due to legal regulations, we strictly do not serve alcohol to guests who will be driving or to those under the age of 20.

We use domestically produced rice unless otherwise specified.
