For a summer weekend, embark on a gastronomic journey around the Mediterranean.

The buffet features dishes from the Mediterranean region, primarily Italy, Spain, and Greece. The live kitchen offers traditional roast beef, as well as the lunch-only "Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Grilled Shrimp and Paprika," and the dinner-only "Teppanyaki Tagliata-Style Japanese Beef." Enjoy a colorful array of Mediterranean cuisine.
