FAQs
When should I drop off my costume?
Please make a reservation in advance and bring your items to the salon between one week before your desired usage date and the morning of the day before. If using courier service, please write "Openable," "Usage Date," and "User's Name" on the shipping label.
Can I consult with you in advance about my child's hairstyle?
Yes, it is possible. We will be holding consultation sessions on July 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), and August 29th (Sat) and 30th (Sun), 2026. For more details, please contact the hair salon.
Can I have the kimono folded after I've worn it?
It is possible, but there is a kimono folding fee of 4,400 yen per item.
Can I cancel after I've checked in my costume?
It is possible, but we charge a storage fee and an opening and inspection fee of 4,400 yen per item for the costumes.
Can I send the kimono I wore from the hotel?
We accept both cash on delivery and prepaid shipping. Shipping labels (Yamato Transport) are available at the hotel, so please feel free to ask.
Can I consult in advance about studio photography?
Yes, it is possible. Since reservations are required, please contact the photo studio by phone. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays tend to be busy, so we recommend visiting on a weekday.
Can I select studio photos on the day?
If you would like to select photos, we accept reservations only on weekdays.
Is it possible to hire an outside photographer to take snapshots inside the hotel?
Photography is not permitted inside the hair salon, photo studio, or restaurant. Please also refrain from using tripods or taking photos that include other customers. We ask for your consideration in avoiding obstructing pedestrian traffic.
Is there a changing room?
A shared changing room is available on the second floor. Please refrain from using it for extended periods.
Is there parking service?
We offer free parking for up to 3 hours to customers using our beauty salon and photography studio. Please present your parking ticket at the banquet lounge on the 2nd floor. Please note that separate parking services are available for guests using our accommodations and restaurants.
Could you please tell me about the Shichi-Go-San celebration menu at your restaurant?
Only during the period of October 1, 2026 (Thursday) ~ December 13, 2026 (Sunday), we will be offering a Shichigosan celebration menu. Please check the following for details. If you wish to use the restaurant outside of the period, please choose from the restaurant's regular menu.

If I have an allergy to a food ingredient, can I change the menu?
Yes, that is possible. We will send you a "Dietary Restriction Questionnaire" in advance, so please fill in the necessary information and submit it at least one week before your scheduled visit.
When do cancellation fees apply?
For both hair and makeup/dressing and candid photography, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made the day before, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the appointment.
The restaurant charges a cancellation fee of 30% for cancellations made 5 days prior, 50% for cancellations made 4 days to 1 day prior, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the reservation.
Please check with each rental shop regarding their cancellation fees for rental costumes.
