TOKYU HOTELS Executive Chef and THE CAPITOL HOTEL TOKYU Executive Chef. At the age of 26, he moved to France to study French cuisine in earnest. After returning to Japan, he joined NAGOYA TOKYU HOTEL. In 2001, he became the chef of CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL "Coucagno", and in 2007, he won one star at "Michelin Tokyo '08". In 2008, he became executive chef at THE YOKOHAMA BAY HOTEL TOKYU and has also served as deputy general manager since 2017. He has been the Executive Chef of THE CAPITOL HOTEL TOKYU since April 2019 and has been in his current position since July 2025.
