Starting salary
3-year graduate

223,000 yen (basic salary 218,000 yen + life plan additional salary 15,000 yen)

2-year graduate

218,000 yen (basic salary 213,000 yen + life plan additional salary 15,000 yen)

1 year graduate

213,000 yen (basic salary 198,000 yen + life plan additional salary 15,000 yen)

Working hours
  • Average daily working hours: 7.8 hours per shift
    (Annual flexible working hours system with shift rotation)

  • If you work more than 6 hours, you will have a 1 hour break.

Holidays, vacations

116 days off per year (including 12 additional days off)
Annual paid leave: 10 days granted in the first year

In addition to the above, there are also special leave for special occasions, maternity leave, juror leave, long-service leave, etc.
