The popular buffet, which is only available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be held every day during Golden Week

A made-to-order buffet where you can choose your favorite ingredients and cooking methods from about 130 types of grand menus. Not only gourmets who patronize Star Hill, but also first-time customers can enjoy "their own special full course". In addition, during the period, about 10 types of fair menus incorporating Yamaguchi ingredients will be available. Please enjoy the unique flavors of this time of year to your heart's content. Normally, it is limited to Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but during Golden Week (April 25th ~ May 6th), it will be held for 12 consecutive days. Join your family and friends in a blissful moment with Star Hill.

  • Ginger sauce with Aio shrimp from Aio.

  • A cold dish of "Choshu Kurokashiwa" chicken with the aroma of green onions.

  • Yamaguchi "Hagi Mutsumi Pork" Dense Soup Char Siu

  • Spicy sweet and sour pickled lotus root from Iwakuni, infused with the aroma of summer oranges from Hagi.

  • Cold marinated horse mackerel from Hagi

  • Sour and spicy soup with Senzaki Marine Products' "silk mozuku" seaweed.

  • "Yamaguchi Wagyu San" Chinjao Niu Rousu

  • Steamed rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves with beef brisket from "Yamaguchi Wagyu San"

  • Sesame-scented Chinese fried donuts from "Setokirara"

The whole braised shark fin is limited to one piece per person.
