A winter extravaganza featuring pufferfish. Enjoy the season with tessa, hotpot, and fin sake.

This dinner course allows you to fully enjoy seasonal pufferfish (fugu) in a variety of dishes, including simmered jelly, tessa (sliced sashimi), fried pufferfish, and hot pot, all prepared with the skill and elegance of a master chef. After the hot pot, enjoy rice porridge cooked in a rich, umami-filled soup. We also offer fin sake, so you can enjoy the flavors of Japan's winter.
