The façade connected to the teppanyaki and sushi restaurants has a modern design that evokes Japanese aesthetics, with handmade washi paper and lattices that stand out in the soft light. At the base, the façade was inspired by the kanza garden (created by garden designer Shunmyo Masuno) that spreads out in the main lobby of CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL creating a connection to the restaurant.

Meaning of the logo
The store name "Sakura" is instantly recognizable and memorable, so we wanted to make it impactful and bold, with a single character in the center resembling a seal.
We chose the cherry blossom pink color, which has a calm and elegant feel while still retaining the glamour of a luxury hotel.
As the restaurant is located in Shibuya, a hub of information and culture, the cherry blossom font was chosen to be stylish and to evoke the exchange of people, culture, and various things and events.

Shibuya Sakuragaoka town, which is also the origin of the store's name, has a symbolic art wall using cherry blossom bark on the front wall, and cherry blossoms painted by artists appear on the hood. Please enjoy your meal in a calm space where you can feel the high-quality texture of a teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel and the warmth of natural ingredients.
