Those who are expected to graduate from a university, junior college, or vocational school in March 2027. International students are also welcome. Those who have already graduated in March 2024 or later.

University graduate: Base salary 202,400 yen + LP additional 14,000 yen
Junior college/vocational school graduates: Base salary 198,400 yen + LP additional 14,000 yen
High school graduate: Base salary 194,400 yen + LP additional 14,000 yen
*LP supplement (life plan supplement) is the amount equivalent to prepaid retirement benefits

Variable working hours system (monthly or yearly) *Shift system, rotating shifts

Salary increase: once a year (age-based salary + ability-based salary) / Bonus: twice a year
*May not be held depending on business performance.

Insurance: Health insurance, Employees' pension insurance, Employment insurance, Work accident insurance
Employee benefits: Tokyu Mutual Aid Association benefits, loans, and resort subsidies, discounts at affiliated hotels, group life insurance, stock ownership plan, preferential treatment at hotel restaurants
Skill allowance: Skill allowance is paid by utilizing acquired qualifications in work.
(Example) 5,000 yen paid per month: TOEIC score of 730 or above, Restaurant Service Skills Certification Level 2, chef, confectionery hygienist, etc.
10,000 yen paid per month: TOEIC score of 860 or above, Restaurant Service Skills Certification Level 1, Senior Sommelier, etc.

Actual expenses will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 50,000 yen per month

Holidays: 116 days per year (104 public holidays + 12 additional holidays)
Vacation: Annual paid vacation, refreshment vacation (annual planned annual paid vacation), half-day vacation system, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, congratulatory and condolence leave, etc.
