1. Purpose and Basic Principles

(1) Reducing food waste is an international goal set in the SDGs, and in Japan, there is a problem in that a large amount of food that is still edible is being discarded in restaurants. We would like our customers to finish their meals on the spot, but we believe that allowing customers to take home any food they are unable to finish, if they so desire, is one effective way to reduce food waste.
(2) When taking home any food that you were unable to finish, there is a possibility of food poisoning, etc., so customers are required to fully understand the hygiene precautions explained by our restaurant and to do so at their own risk.

2. Compliance matters

(1) Raw or undercooked foods, as well as some dishes, cannot be taken home.
(2) The summer season (June 1st to September 30th) is excluded. Please note that this period may be changed depending on weather conditions.
(3) If you are taking food to go, please use the containers and clean utensils designated by the hotel and restaurant.
(4) Please transfer the contents to a container yourself.
(5) You are responsible for managing the transport and storage of the item.

3. Points to confirm

Please note that if you are unable to finish the food provided and take it home, we cannot be held responsible for any food poisoning, damage, or other incidents caused by your actions during or after taking the food home.
