Japanese restaurant "Suiren" Head Chef Takashi Furuya

Japanese Restaurant Suiren that symbolizes traditional Japanese hospitality. The second head chef, Takashi Furuya, was seconded from our hotel and served as the official chef at the Japanese Embassy in the United States for approximately 20 years.
"Every time you visit Suiren, you will encounter the richness of Japan's seasonal cuisine, and I always strive to create menus that will provide fresh surprises all year round. Furthermore, while inheriting traditional Japanese cuisine, it is also necessary to evolve so that we can meet the diverse needs of vegetarians and others. As head chef, I will work closely with the teppanyaki, sushi, and tempura counters to strive to provide even greater satisfaction to our customers."
