The casino game expresses the giver's feeling of "leaving it up to fate" and the receiver's "playful spirit." Every single small part is exquisitely crafted.

Reservations/Inquiries

Reservations for "CASINO 2026 ~Twist of Fate~" will be accepted online only from 10:00 on Thursday, January 15th.

Reservations for other Valentine's Day products will be accepted online or by phone from 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 15th.

Important points to note when making online reservations

In order to simplify the reservation process, the online reception screen has tentatively set the date and time of your visit as "February 14th / 11:00 am / 1 person."

The actual pick-up date and time will be confirmed by email to the 10 customers who have confirmed their purchase, so please do not make any changes on the reservation screen and just press the Confirm button.

For inquiries, please contact Pastry Shop (11:00-20:00).

Changes and Cancellations

・The period for support will be until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026.
・Changes to your order can be made by phone.
- If you cancel after this period, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the order amount.
・Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the payment due date, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Mango Passion

This ganache is a perfect balance of the sweetness of mango and the sourness of passion fruit.

Salted caramel

This piece is accented with fleur de sel, a natural sea salt that has been slowly crystallized into bittersweet caramel milk chocolate.

Orangette

This French chocolate confectionery is made of orange peel wrapped in couverture chocolate and topped with diced almonds. The orange peel used is carefully prepared from the orange peels used to make the fresh orange juice served at breakfast. This is a sustainable product that contributes to the SDGs in a delicious way.


"Valentine's Day Collection 2026" Initiatives for the SDGs

CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL will donate a portion of its sales to Ghana, the origin of cacao, through the "Smile Ghana Project" implemented by ACE, a certified NPO. As a #キフチョコキャンペーン, we will use it to improve the education and home environment of Ghanaian children. In addition, as an effort to combat food loss, we have also prepared a lineup of "Olanjet", which has been reborn by reusing orange peels that are thrown away after squeezing juice.

Protecting children in cocoa-producing areas from child labor

In Ghana, a producer of cocoa, the raw material for chocolate, it is said that approximately one in two children working on cocoa farms are engaged in child labor. A portion of the sales from the "Valentine's Day Collection 2026" will be donated to the certified NPO ACE to support efforts to address child labor issues and improve educational environments.

Fresh orange juice peels transformed into a Valentine's Day gift

In Japan, 4.64 million tons* of food per year are still eaten but thrown away. "Oranget" was born to reduce this "food loss" as much as possible. It is made by reusing orange peel after squeezing the juice, and is a product that represents CERULEAN TOWER TOKYU HOTEL 's sustainability.
