Shinkanuchar is a hotel taiko drumming team made up of hotel employees. We work with the desire to help guests who choose Miyakojima as their travel destination feel close to and enjoy the performing arts of Okinawa and Miyakojima. We perform at hotel events mainly during spring break, Golden Week, and summer vacation. Shinkanuchar will celebrate its 17th anniversary on February 17, 2026. We put our heart and soul into each and every beat of the drums to ensure our guests' trip to Miyakojima is a memorable and enjoyable one!
