Areas near the sea may be crowded. We will call you approximately 5 minutes before the start time, so please be available to answer your mobile phone. After gathering and preparation, the instructor will hold your rental car keys when we head to the sea.

Have you ever received medication from a doctor for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or vascular problems?
I have had restrictions on exercise or lifestyle imposed by a doctor.

Upon arrival, please park in the left-hand lane near the entrance and wait there.

You will be asked to fill out a consent form, have your health checked, and receive your equipment and change into your swimwear (wetsuits may be required depending on the season). Once you are ready, we will walk to the sea.
Please store your luggage inside the rental car, and the instructor will hold onto the keys for you.
