On the day of the competition (April 19th), large-scale traffic restrictions will be in place on the island.

On the day of the event (April 19th), loud noises will be generated on the premises from early morning using speakers and other equipment.

The bicycles you shipped are being held in the container next to Parking Lot 4.
When receiving your bicycle, please present a copy of the shipping slip or a form of identification. -
The hotel parking lot will be used as the starting point for the motorcycle race and will be unavailable from April 17th (Fri) to April 19th (Sun) around 13:00 for venue setup. Temporary parking will be provided.

Participants' bicycles will be stored in a designated area within the hotel grounds. Please refrain from bringing them into your rooms.
