From Wednesday, July 1 ~ Friday, July 31, we will hold a special fair for one month where you can fully enjoy the charm of Nikka Whisky. We welcome you with a diverse program including tasting sets including the 2026 limited bottle "Taketsuru Pure Malt Essentials 2026," original cocktails made with Nikka whisky, dinner courses with free-flow, and special sessions featuring guest bartenders from popular bars in Hokkaido and Yoichi.

This year, we're introducing two new flavors: "Mixed Berry," a vibrant blend of fruity tartness and gentle sweetness, and "Salted Caramel," a delicious combination of sweetness and saltiness that leaves you wanting more. Along with the ever-popular "Uji Matcha" and the tropical "Mango Coconut," we've created a total of four varieties.
To allow you to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves, our chef has carefully prepared a special syrup, which comes with an extra packet of syrup on the side. You can enjoy a rich, deep flavor by pouring plenty on, or you can use a small amount to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients. Please enjoy the changing flavors as you find your preferred balance.
